Billing Codes

Billing report is generated for all completed encounters with the proper CPT and/or HCPCS codes. (e.g. 99421,99422,99423, G2061, G2062, G2063, 99201, 99215).

How does the platform work?
  • With a few button clicks, Provider/staff defines the date and time the visit will start (virtual appointment) and sends invitation to patient’s phone (SMS) and/or email address.
  • Patient clicks the link provided in the SMS or email and enters the virtual waiting room
  • When provider is ready, provider starts visit with patient from provider portal.
  • Provider is in control of when to start and end visit.
  • Provider is able to take photos of patient during video visit.
  • Patient and provider can exchange documents and media files over secure link.
  • Details of encounter are logged in provider portal along with an encrypted recording of the encounter. Complements SOAP note generated in EHR. an
  • Additional activities such as prescription orders, lab orders, review of patient’s request, and other encounter activities c be documented in the patient’s Telemedicine log. Encounter docs and media files can be uploaded to patient’s EHR chart.
